During this entertaining day trip with a royal theme, we’ll walk you around one of England’s most beautiful palaces before returning to Westminster for a tour of some of London’s most famous royal landmarks.
Hampton Court Palace was built by King Henry VIII 500 years ago. This magnificent example of Tudor luxury and royal wealth is a must-see attraction in London. In the late 1600s, it was nearly doubled in size for King William and Queen Mary, resulting in a royal Stuart residence of baroque splendour and grandeur that is still in use today. This palace is brimming with royal history and intrigue and a ghost; there are so many stories to be told in this place.
The Palace was refurbished once more for the Georgian kings, and it has since served as the residence of three royal dynasties. It is magnificently designed, it is large, it is gorgeous, and it is jam-packed with art and riches for us to enjoy. Scenes from the Oscar-winning films ‘The Favourite’ and ‘Bridgerton’ were shot in this location.

09.00: We will meet at your hotel and drive to Hampton Court Palace
10.00: We tour the Hampton Court Palace tour and wait until lunch
13.00: We depart from Hampton Court Palace and return to downtown London
14.00: We tour the Royal London
16.00: We will return to our hotel/accommodation
Lunch is normally served in the Palace’s Tiltyard Cafe, (45 mins approx.).
The Royal tour will begin with me parking near famous locations, and then we’ll stroll closer to get a better look at what we’re seeing. We’ll talk to you while we’re walking and when we’re up close and personal. There are numerous opportunities for photo stops. Some walks are short, while others are a little longer. The amount of time spent admiring a landmark might range from one or two minutes to several minutes.
Having a driver/walking guide, such as myself, conduct your tour in a Britway taxi is extremely efficient and will make the day pleasurable and memorable for you. We’re always within walking distance of coffee shops and restroom facilities.

- TICKETS: Admission to Hampton Court Palace is not included in the price of the ticket. If you prefer, you can purchase your tickets on the day of the event. Our tour guide will provide commentary throughout the day. There will be many photo opportunities and a lot of walking.
